There’s a new hunger in the air. Not the kind that leaves your stomach growling… but the kind that leaves your soul unsettled. A different kind of famine. One that’s less about food and more about truth. We live in a time where the loudest lie is often mistaken for leadership. Where recycled opinions wear the costume of conviction. Where reposts replace research… and being “first” to speak is more important than being right. We’re surrounded by hungry, hungry hippos… clamoring for clout, craving chaos, snapping at stories whether they’re fact or fiction.

And some of us… are becoming them without knowing.

There’s a hypnosis that lives in our day to day that is subtle, strategic, yet seductive. From the gender wars to the Holy war. From influencer drama to information disguised as inspiration. We’re continuously watching performance become propaganda. We’re watching algorithms become the authors of identity. We’re watching commentary become scripture in the minds of those who never read the book. While the chaos feeds our fears, someone’s counting profits behind the curtain. The very architects of these platforms keep their children from the rooms we binge in.

Why?

Because they know the side effects are comparison addiction, attention fatigue, chronic outrage, and misplaced morality. They serve us poison on silver screens… and we’re sipping it like tea. But here is the real question be beneath all the noise…

Where are you finding your truth?

Not what’s trending… not what’s viral… not what’s easy to digest…

But what do you know to be rooted and real?
